What I'll do when I grow up: Be a football player
Manager's Comments: Luke is banging the goals in for fun in training but the lack of games and confidence is affecting his ability to show what he can really do on the pitch. Over the next few months I will be working on Luke's fitness and his positional play to help him become more of a threat to the opposition. I'm confident he will do well as he can be a skilful player.

Name: Aidan
Position: Right Midfield

Favourite Player: Michael Chopra
What I'll do when I grow up: Be a painter & decorator OR a footballer.
Manager's Comments: Aidan is a nippy little player who has a good eye for the game and can play some good balls into the box from the right. I have no doubt that Aidan can become a key player once he grows in confidence and in his physical strength. He is quite a character who always relates my tactics to something that he has done on his playstation and is the kind of player that every team needs.

Name: Liam
Position: Midfield

What I'll do when I grow up: Be a football player
Manager's Comments: I feel that Liam is getting better as each week goes by and he is starting to learn the game more. He has a good strong challenge and with a few more games under his belt and a bit more confidence he can only improve. Considering Liam had never played for a football team before I think he is doing very well and will become an asset to our team.

Name: Michael
Position: Defender

What I'll do when I grow up: I don't know what I want to be - maybe a footballer and maybe not!
Manager's Comments: From Michael's experiences with his previous team I think that he has come back a stronger and better player who is improving all the time. He can be quite easily distracted during training but once he overcomes this I'm sure he'll improve his positional play and work with new members of the team to pass on his experience.

Name: Cameron
Position: Striker

What I'll do when I grow up: Play for Newcastle United and drive an Aston Martin car
Manager's Comments: Cameron has got a lot of ability and talent but he needs to apply this on the pitch. He is improving after every game and once he overcomes his nerves we will see the best of Cameron especially after he notches up his first goal.

What I'll do when I grow up: I want to play football
Manager's Comments: Nathan can be very good in practice matches but seems to lack confidence when playing in the proper games, I have no doubt this confidence will come this season and his attitude to the game is excellent, he always listens and never complains and always encourages his team members to do well.

Name: Esmael

What I'll do when I grow up: To be a football player
Manager's Comments: Esmael is a very determined young man which shows in his style of play, his tackling ability is probably one of the best in the team (as most of the dads can testify after being on the receiving end of one of his tackles) but needs to learn how to clear his line and get rid of the ball up field quicker. He has a great throw in which will become a great asset to the team

Name: Jake
Position: Goalkeeper

Favourite Player: David Beckham
What I'll do when I grow up: Train Driver
Manager's Comments: Jake has started the season as he played most of last season which was good, he seemed to take a back seat through the summer months but when called upon in the games he has come up trumps and commanded the back line well resulting in 2/4 motm awards. He has kept our score sheets down  with some great saves and saved 2 penalties so far although the latter was scored on the rebound. Keep up the good work Jake.

Name: Kieran
Position: Midfield

What I'll do when I grow up: Become famous and rich.
Manager's Comments: Kieran is a very versatile player who always responds to what I ask and is a great asset to the team. I would like Kieran to be more commanding in the coming months and pass on his experience to the new players to help them adapt to playing league football. Keep working as hard as you have done in the first couple of weeks Kieran and it will bring you rewards in the future.
